Bugün hastanenin vermiş olduğu eğitime katıldım. Vücudumuzdaki progesteron hormonu artması nedeniyle koltuk altı, boyun çevresi, genital bölge kararması çok normalmiş. Doğumdan sonra progesteron hormonu düştükçe düzelicekmiş. Benim de normalde de bir gölgelenme vardı şimdi daha çok oldu.
